Welcome to the Gallinas Valley Little League Spring 2023 season!
The Skills Evaluation Session (SES) is a skills assessment for proper placement of your player and is required for eligibility for draft to Minors (8*-11s) or Majors (10-12s). SIGN UP HERE
All Registered players League Ages 9-12 years old must attend at least one evaluation session including returning Majors players. If you cannot attend one of the available sessions then email [email protected] to coordinate a make-up evaluation.
*8 year olds may optionally attend evaluations if they want to be considered for placement on a Minor's team. This player must have played a MINIMUM of 1 Year of AAA (machine pitch) level.

Equipment needed: hat, glove, multi-sports shoes or rubber cleats, sweats or baseball pants, no jeans or basketball shorts. Dress for the weather and active movement. All children will be fielding, catching, throwing, batting and running. We encourage every player to bring their own Little League compliant bat and helmet but we will have a limited supply available if needed.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to check in and warm up. To comply with the latest Public Health requirements for large gathers, we ask that parents wait outside the field and surrounding area until their player's evaluation is complete.
PLEASE SIGN YOUR PLAYER UP FOR THE EARLIEST AVAILABLE TIME SLOT FOR THEIR LEAGUE AGE: This year the SES will be held on the Miller Creek Middle School all weather field, 2255 Las Gallinas Avenue in Marinwood.
SES will be held even in drizzling weather conditions. Registered Players who have signed up for the SES will receive direct notifications of any changes or delays due to weather.
Players are divided into 2 age groups:
10-12 year olds
Jan 21st Saturday: 10:00 am - 12:20 pm; 2:00 pm - 4:10 pm
Jan 22nd Sunday: 11:00 am - 2:40 pm
8* - 9 year olds
Jan 21st Saturday: 1:00 pm - 4:10 pm
Jan 22nd Sunday: 11:00 am - 2:40 pm
