Gallinas Valley Little League Challenger Division – Join the Fun!
Do you know a child who would love to play baseball but needs a more inclusive environment? The GVLL Challenger Division is looking for players for the 2025 season! Our program is a fun, FREE, and supportive Little League experience for youth with physical or intellectual challenges.
The Challenger Division is open to players ages 4-18 (or up to 22 if still in school), while our Senior Challenger Division welcomes players 15 and older (with no maximum age). At GVLL, we believe everyone deserves a chance to play, so we invite all ages to be part of our team!

GVLL Players – We Need You as Challenger Buddies!
We’re also looking for Majors, Intermediate, and Junior Division players to volunteer as Buddies for our Challenger athletes. Games take place on Sundays in April - June, with home games at Miller Creek Elementary and away games in Mill Valley, Twin Cities, and Novato.
What does a Buddy do?
Buddies assist Challenger players with batting, base running, and defense as needed, helping them enjoy the game while building confidence and friendships. Many high school athletes have volunteered in the past, including players from Marin Catholic Baseball, and some schools offer extra credit for participation!

Where: Miller Creek Elementary & other Marin County fields
What to Bring: Just your glove and your love for baseball—we provide uniforms, hats, and all equipment!
This is an opportunity to make a real impact, share your love for the game, and create lifelong friendships. Many of our past volunteers say their experience with Challenger was one of the most meaningful and unforgettable moments of their baseball journey.
